In that position, he managed fiscal operations, ensured compliance with state regulations, and oversaw budgeting for key initiatives, honing his skills in financial stewardship and public administration.

His expertise lies in financial management and strategic fiscal planning to drive effective community initiatives. Born in Ireland and raised in New York City, he moved to New Mexico in 2010, drawn by the state’s culture and opportunities for public service. His interest in public service began through his pursuit of an MPA, leading him to the New Mexico Community Foundation for its focus on innovative philanthropy and addressing regional needs like economic development and nonprofit sustainability. This role allows him to apply his background in public finance to support causes that strengthen the state’s future.
